The Miletich Fighting Systems (MFS) is a mixed martial arts training organization headed by former UFC Lightweight/Welterweight Champion Pat Miletich. MFS was founded in 1997 by Miletich and combines elements of Muay Thai, Boxing, Western Wrestling, Judo, Sambo, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Although headquartered in Bettendorf, Iowa, we are proud to present the official MFS Houston Training Center. Our elite-level training is the best and only alternative to your everyday, boring, run-of-the mill fitness gym.
